Synopsis: when using a "force quit" the C compiler is not killed

Description

when using Eiffel Studio close box while compiling you get a "can't exit OK? Force quit?" when choosing force quit, the studio/ec is killed, but the cl.exe keeps running. is it not possible to keep track of running cl.exe and kill them, or launch them in a "die with parent" kind of way?
