Synopsis: Allow a finalized system to be built during workbench debug session

Description

Given the long compilation times for the Eiffel projects I work with, and that generated finalized code is kept in a separate subtree from the workbench code, plus that I'm often working on machines with some spare CPU horsepower for that's otherwise sitting idle, I'd like to be able to initiate the build of a finalized version of my project while running a debug session.
