Synopsis: Exception trace for finalized system that violates invariant shows class name RUN-TIME

Description

A finalized system with assertions kept where the class invariant is violated
produces an exception trace that shows that the invariant violation is in
class RUN-TIME, instead of showing the correct class TEST.  Frozen code works
correctly.

Added eweasel test final073 for this bug.
