Synopsis: Activate buttons not tall enough in $ISE_EIFFEL/register window

Description
The Activate and Activate Later buttons in the window displayed when I run
$ISE_EIFFEL/register are not tall enough.  Doesn't hurt anything - just doesn't
look very professional.  See attached screenshot.
