Synopsis: Go to line dialog incorrect initial state

Description
When you press Ctrl+G the first time to go to a particular location it says something like:

Line number (1 - 123)

and below a spin button with a 0 value. This is incorrect it should be within the above range, so in this case it should be 1, not 0.
