Synopsis: Issue with exceptions and rescue/retry
Description
I attached a small project, basically it's just a feature creating an exception with a rescue clause to always retry. The program crashed a short period after being executed. I'm only able to reproduce this when the application is multithreaded. If I run this as a single thread, the application crashes with a huge stack trace. It looks like the retry clause is calling the function again recursively. If I run the exception feature in a thread, EiffelStudio often becomes unresponsive, sometimes it returns minutes later with "Unhandled exception" External event within the DEVELOPER_EXCEPTION.raise feature. Sometimes it returns quickly with this error, sometimes it never becomes responsive again. In the exception_trace.log file many of the exceptions have junk for the exception details: ISE_EXCEPTION_MANAGER developer_raise ·: ISE_EXCEPTION_MANAGER developer_raise : ISE_EXCEPTION_MANAGER developer_raise Z:
To Reproduce
Run the attached system.
Problem Report Interactions
The most critical part and the corrupted trace should be fixed. But there could still be tiny memory leak exhibited in test except019.
