Synopsis: Automatically submitted bug report do not have the right {CLASS_NAME}.feature name information

Description
First the subject should use {CLASS_NAME}.feature_name instead of the current subject using [CLASS_NAME.feature_name].

Second, it currently always list [E_PROJECT.quick_melt] this is annoying because all the subjects are the same when the actual content is different. It should display the information about the original exception instead.
