Synopsis: Time to select project settings item depends on item name length

Description

Time to switch to a different project settings item grows when the name becomes longer.

To Reproduce

1. Open a Project Settings dialog.
2. Select a cluster in the tree.
3. Attempt to select options:
	Name
	Cat call checking (experimental)
	Require
	Apply application optimization
4. Observe that the time to select an option depends on the item name: short for Name and Require, longer for the two others.
