Synopsis: Minimizing then maximizing editors leaves Editor displayed but contents not visible

Description

A sequence of changes leaves an Editor tab displayed but the contents are
not visible (contents are all gray).  Very confusing.

To Reproduce

Delete ~/.es directory.
Start estudio and compile a project.
Select View/Minimize Editors.
Select View/Maximize Editor Area.
Now Editor tab with root class TEST is displayed and maximized but the
   contents is entirely gray (no text is visible).
Left-click inside the gray area.  Now the text is displayed.
Using GTK+2.12.1 under CDE, in case it matters.

This bug is fixed in revision#71278. The bug caused by minimized editor(s) not restored which will leave a gray area. Now we restore all minimized editors if all editors minimized.
