Synopsis: Opening new window and then closing it causes internal error and hang

Description
Delete ~/.es directory.
Start estudio and compile a trivial project.
Select File/New Window.
In resulting new window, select File/Close Window.
Estudio reports internal error, but hangs so that I cannot see or
save the exception trace.
