Synopsis: File/Exit does not work while stopped in debugger

Description
Selecting File/Exit after compiling a trivial program and
clicking Step into Routine does not cause estudio to exit
or to bring up the Exit confirmation dialog.  I believe this
is a regression from 6.0.

This has now been fixed in the HEAD repository, pending a patch to the 6.1 branch.  Thanks for the report.
