Synopsis: Private interaction sender should be the one adding the interaction not the one submitting the bug

Description
When adding a private interaction the `From' of the email address is the one of the person who sent the problem report at the first place. It is very confusing because in some cases the messages do not have enough context to say whether it is the original reporter or us.
