Synopsis: Violation of precondition `setted' of {EB_SD_COMMAND_TOOL_BAR_BUTTON}.has_position

Description

Start workbench estudio and open existing project.
Resize main window very narrow, so that Step by Step is last button visible
   in Project toolbar.
In Project toolbar, click on Toolbar Options/Customize.
In customization window, move Force Environment into Debug Mode button to the
   end of the list.  Click OK.
Click on Toolbar Options and click on Force Env into Debug Mode button.
Click on Toolbar Options, click on Return Env to Normal Mode and immediately
   click a few times on Customize button (in same mini-toolbar).
Estudio crashes with precondition violation.

This bug is fixed in revision#80659 for Eiffel Studio intermediate releases.
