Synopsis: Compiler does not respect option warning=False

Description

Setting the option to display warnings to False in the ecf like so:

<option warning="false">

is not respected by 6.0.6.8996, at least not with ec.exe -bath.
Please correct this, as it outputs tons of lines when not needed.
