Synopsis: Cannot set Shift+Esc as a shortcut

Description
I want to replace Ctrl+F4 with Shift+Esc, because its behaviour is closer to what Shift+Esc does in Visual Studio, which I am used to, and I frequently accidentally close a tool window when I intended to close an editor window, again due to habits that I've developed in Visual Studio.

In Tools | Preferences, when I try to set Shift+Esc, it merely takes me out of edit mode, without setting the shortcut.

This looks like yet another one of those bugs where EiffelStudio does not filter out the modifier keys. There are so many of these bugs, yet having fixed them in my own EiffelVision apps I know that they are very easy to fix!

I've worked around the bug by editing the registry. It works. Shift+Esc even displays correctly in the Tools | Preferences window.
