Synopsis: Resizing main window small and forcing env into debug mode uses all memory

Description
Start estudio and open existing project.
Resize main window fairly small, so that you can just see  all four toolbars
   at top of window and the Force Environment into Debug Mode button.
Click on Force Environment into Debug Mode button.
Estudio uses more and more memory and CPU, apparently without limit
