Synopsis: Customization of undocked toolbar not preserved over sessions

Description

The customization of an undocked toolbar is not preserved over sessions,
even if I explicitly select View/Set Current Layout as Default.

This should go on the Critical Bugs list.

To Reproduce

Start estudio and open existing project.
Undock Project toolbar and move it to left of main window.
Customize this toolbar - remove the Change Project Settings icon.
Toolbar changes correctly.
Select View/Set Current Layout as Default.
Exit estudio and restart.
Project toolbar is indeed undocked but the Change Project Settings icon is
   still displayed.
