Synopsis: Moving item from one undocked toolbar to another while customizing causes crash

Description

Customizing two undocked toolbars at once and moving an item from one to the
other causes a crash.

To Reproduce

Compile sample graphical application.
Undock Address toolbar and Project toolbar.
In each of the two undocked toolbars, select Toolbar Options/Customize.
Pick Back button and drop it in area for included items in Project toolbar.
Do the same for Forward button.
Click OK in Address toolbar customization window, then in Project toolbar 
   customization window.
Estudio crashes with attached trace.
