Synopsis: Holding digit key does not work

Description
If I pick a BUTTON from the Type Selector, then hold down the '2' key while dropping it into the Layout Constructor, only one BUTTON is added. It should add two.

According to tip of the day, this should work. It used to work in previous releases.
