Synopsis: Debugger scroll area with profiles not wide enough to see all text initially

Description
The Debugging Options scroll area that has the profiles does not allow me
to see all of the text initially.  Even when I scroll the area all the way
to the right, I can only see (for environment variables line) the text

The rest of the text is not cut off, even when I scroll all the way to the
right.  If I resize the window much wider, all the text is visible and if I
then resize the window back to its original width, I can still see all of the
text (with scrolling, of course).

Although not critical, this is rather confusing and should be fixed if possible.
