Synopsis: Debugger Control+Enter brings up menu of existing env variables in wrong location

Description
Compile sample graphical application.
Right-click on Start button.
Click Add button 5 times to add 5 profiles.
Left-click on "Add a variable" line for last profile (profile #6).
Type control+Enter. Menu with list of currently set environment variables
comes up but instead of being positioned at the level of the Add Env Variable
line it is positioned about 2 inches lower than it should be.
Click Add button 5 more times.
Left-click on "Add a variable" line for last profile (profile #11).
Type control+Enter. Now menu with list of currently set environment variables
does not show up at all (presumably, it is off the bottom of the screen).
