Synopsis: Undocked toolbar position changes after saving layout and restoring

Description
Compile sample graphical application.
Undock Project toolbar and move it to lower left corner of screen.
Save layout as "weasel".
Select View/Open Layout and open layout "weasel".
Position of Project toolbar is incorrect - it looks like bottom of restored
position is where top of Project toolbar was before save.
