Synopsis: Minimized editor does not show the line

Description
When you minimize the editor or when you shrink it to the minimal size, the horizontal bar below the tab disappears. As a result you think that the tab is the title for whatever is below.

I suggest that we should always see the horizontal bar so that people can get an idea they can resize it.

This bug is fixed in revision#68749. The bottom lines of editors title areas are visible when they are minimized.
