Synopsis: Saved layout has toolbar restored with wrong shape after docked vertically

Description

A saved layout is restored with an undocked toolbar with the wrong shape if
the toolbar is docked vertically after the layout is saved.

To Reproduce

Compile sample graphical application.
Undock Project toolbar and move it to lower left corner of screen, leaving it
   the same shape (wide and not very tall).
Save this layout as "weasel".
Now move the undocked Project toolbar and dock it vertically along the left side
   of the main window.
Select View/Open Layout and open the previously saved layout "weasel".
Project toolbar is restored undocked, but with a tall and not very wide shape,
   instead of the shape it had when the layout was saved.
