Synopsis: Typing in Search For field of Search window when scope is custom searches in current Editor

Description
Typing into the Search For field of the Search window does an incremental
search in the current Editor tab when the scope is Custom, even if
the class in the current  Editor tab is not included in the Custom scope.
This seems rather odd - if I wanted the search to occur in the current
Editor, I would choose Current Editor as the scope.  Not sure if this is
a bug but it certainly seems counterintuitive and confusing.
