Synopsis: Undocked tools not closed when window closed, leading to crash

Description

Undocked tools are not closed when a window is closed, which can lead to
a crash.

To Reproduce

Start estudio and open existing project.
Click on Create New Window button.
In new window, undock Clusters tool.
Select File/Close in new window.
Undocked Clusters tool is still present.
Click on its Create New Class button.
Estudio crashes with attached trace.

This bug is fixed in revision#68221. All undocked tools will be destroyed after closed main window.
