Synopsis: Context menu key does not work in Feature Relation tool

Description
Right-clicking in the Feature Relation tool opens the context menu, but pressing the context menu key does not.

I could not reproduce this behavior, possibly a preference setting as in that release the context menu key would have no effect in pick and drop mode. In the next release, the context menu key will always have an effect no matter the pick and drop mode preference value.
