Synopsis: Multiple clicks on Show List button brings up multiple popup windows

Description
Clicking on the Show List button 3 times brings up 3 popup windows.
Moving the mouse over the top such window and then out of the window
causes it to disappear, revealing the extra windows below it.
It seems to me that if the popup list is already being shown, then
clicking on Show List shouldn't do anything (assuming you have this
knowledge at that point).

Closing this problem as it is related to bug#12623. The popup should disappear when clicking on the show list button.
