Synopsis: Closing undocked Project toolbar while customizing it makes reshow fail

Description
Undock Project toolbar and move it to left of main window.
Start customizing it (Toolbar Options/Customize).
Close undocked Project toolbar.
Change something in Customize Toolbar window and click OK.
Select View/Toolbars/Project Toolbar.  Project toolbar should reappear in
   its undocked location but does not appear at all, though menu item
   is now checked indicating that it should be visible.  Very confusing.
