Synopsis: Clicking on Open Exception Dialog hangs estudio and window system

Description
Compile sample basic application.
Force environment into debugger mode.
Click on Open Exception Dialog for Details button in Call Stack window.
Displays warning that this can only be used while debugging, but
   both this window and the rest of the window system is unresponsive
   to mouse clicks.  I have to kill estudio via an rlogin from another
   host to recover.
