Synopsis: Part of tabs not visible after initial compile or toolbar move

Description
Delete ~/.es directory.
Compile sample basic application.
Part of the tabs (Output, Diagram, Class etc) is cut off and not visible
   (part of the bottom portion of each tab listed above).
Resize main development window a little bit.  Now all parts of
    these tabs are visible.

Move Refactoring toolbar down to bottom of main development window.
Again, the bottom portion of Output, Diagram, Class etc tabs is not
   visible.  Again, resizing the main development window a little bit
   corrects the problem.  This latter problem was reproducible on
   Solaris 10 on x64 as well.
