Synopsis: Set Slice Limits button brings up one window per click if Objects window undocked

Description
If the Objects window is undocked, then every click on the "Set slice limits"
button brings up another Choose New Slice Limits for Special Objects window.
I assume this is a bug, since it doesn't really make sense to have more than
one such window displayed at a time.
