Synopsis: EiffelBuild is blocked when picking a widget

Description

After loading a EiffelBuild system and trying to pick and drop any widget EiffelBuyild gets blocked. The same system loads fine with versions before 6.0.6.7522 inclusive.

To Reproduce

Open system in the attached file and try to pick and drop any widget.
