Synopsis: Selecting Debug/Exception handling for uncompiled project causes crash

Description

Selecting Debug/Exception handling for an opened but not yet compiled project
causes a crash.

To Reproduce

Start estudio and add project sample.ecf (config file for sample basic 
application).  Select Open instead of Compile and click OK.
Select Debug/Exception handling.
Estudio crashes with attached trace.
