Synopsis: Tool tips from call stack window should remain

Description
The tool tips that appear in the "Call Stack" tool (particularily the ones under the "In Feature" heading should remaing for as long as the mouse remains hovering.  Occasionaly I find I can not read it quickly enough.

It is a windows behavior to remove the tooltip after some time. Hopefully we can find a way to override this, since we also consider this to be very annoying.
