Synopsis: Windows window shows two windows instead of one after exit and restart

Description
Compile a project in estudio.  Exit.  Restart estudio.
Select View/Tools/Windows.  The Windows window appears, but it shows two
windows (both described by same text) when there is only one window.
Similarly, the Windows menu shows two occurrences of ROOT_CLASS window but there
really is only one.
