Synopsis: Command line compiler says "Click OK to convert project to version XXX"

Description
When I compile a project compiled with a previous version of the compiler,
it gives the message

   Incompatible version for project compiled in: delta.ecf.
   EiffelStudio version is 6.0.6.7183 GPL Edition.
   Project was compiled with version 6.0.6.7057 GPL Edition.

   Click OK to convert this project to version 6.0.6.7183 GPL Edition.

The "Click OK" should only come out for the graphical version or some
different text should be presented for the non-graphical version.
