Synopsis: Hiding Address tool bar and reshowing it causes it to appear on Project tool bar row

Description
This may not be a bug, but I found the behavior very confusing.
If I hide the Address tool bar (via View/Toolbars/Address toolbar)
and then show it again via the same menu item, it reappears in the
right portion of the Project toolbar.  I expected it to reappear
in the same position it was in when I hid it.

If this is not a bug, perhaps you can make clear how one is supposed
to control the placement of a toolbar that is being shown.

Yes, this is a bug. It's fixed at revision#67531.
