Synopsis: Undocked window title not visible on Solaris SPARC with CDE when focus elsewhere

Description
The title in an undocked window is not visible when that window does
not have the focus.  This happens on Solaris 9 on SPARC under CDE.
For example, if I undock the Features window and then move the mouse
out of that window, the word Features in the window title bar disappears
completely.  Only solid gray remains where a once great title was
displayed :-)
