Synopsis: Refactoring menu is missing

Description
EiffelStudio 5.7 had a Refactoring menu.

This has disappeared in 6.0. There seems to be no way to perform the refactoring operations from the keyboard.

At revision#67110, we added refactoring menu which is same as 5.7, it's back now. Thanks for your report.
