Synopsis: Text of Create button in initial project load dialog cut off horizontally

Description
The text of the Create button in the initial Load Project dialog is cut off
horizontally (button too small).  My font is "Arial 18" and display dimensions
are 1280 by 1024.  Most buttons do not have this problem, so I assume this can
be fixed easily.  I think there is at least one other button with this problem but I cannot remember where it is.

Also, the last button on the right in Metric tab Metric Evaluation tab
(the one to the right of Delete Selected Row) has no tooltip.

The Create button is no longer cut off, so that part is fixed.  But there is
still no tooltip for the far right button in Metric Evaluation tab.
