Synopsis: Window titles in title bar not visible when window has focus

Description

Window titles in the title bar (e.g., for Clusters, Features, Class, etc)
are not visible when the window has focus.  This seems to be a change from
66833.

To Reproduce

Delete ~/.es directory.
Compile sample project.
Clusters window seems to have focus but the word "Clusters" is not visible,
whether the mouse is in that window, in main development window or outside
all estudio windows.
Click on Output tab or Class or Feature Relations.  The title is not visible.
Undock these windows.  Title still not visible when window has focus.
