Synopsis: Configuration with multiple windows not restored correctly on restart

Description

A layout with multiple windows (created via Create New Window button) is not
restored correctly when I restart estudio.  There are two problems:

Additional windows beyond the first one are restored in the same location (i.e.,
directly under) the first window, instead of their screen positions when
estudio was exited.

All toolbars (Project, Address, etc) are hidden in these additional windows
and cannot be brought back.  Also, any tools that were inside these windows
(Features, Clusters, Class, etc) are not restored - the main area of these
additional windows is blank.
