Synopsis: Automatic build script doesn't build wizards

Description

I used the automatic build script (run with geant) to build a delivery of
66833.  After a few minor glitches, I got everything to build.  But this
delivery does not have the wizard(s) - trying to create a sample graphical
application or an application based on EiffelWizard causes a "file not found"
error.  I hope this can be rectified so that I can build my own deliveries for
testing the latest changes.
