Synopsis: Crash when select Editor window after exiting debugger

Description
Compile sample graphical application, starting with no ~/.es directory.
Click on Step by Step button, then click on Start button.  Select File/Exit
in window for sample graphical application.  Debugging session ends.
Undock window with "Warnings" in title bar.  Editor window is now
visible with tab for class APPLICATION, but there is nothing displayed in
that tab.  Click on tab for class APPLICATION.  Estudio dies with attached
trace.

Thanks for your report, this is fixed after revision 66660.
