PR# 12049 A few menus use ellipses inappropriately

According to the Windows User Interface Design Specifications and Guidelines at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms997617.aspx, under the "Ellipses" heading a third of the way down the page, some of EiffelStudio's menus are using (or not using) ellipses inappropriately.

File | Print should be File | Print... (Note that Microsoft's own applications all seem to conform to this guideline.)

Help | About EiffelStudio... should be Help | About EiffelStudio. (Microsoft conforms to this guideline too.)

Tools | Preferences... should be Tools | Preferences. (Microsoft breaks its own guideline here: Windows Explorer and Visual Studio both have Tools | Options...)

Project | Project Settings... should be Project | Project Settings. (Visual Studio's equivalent -- View | Properties Window -- conforms to this guideline.)

There are a few other dubious uses of ellipses in EiffelStudio menus, but they seem no worse than the dubious ones in Visual Studio. I've only mentioned the most egregious deviations from the guidelines.
