Synopsis: Enter on a category in the Features tool does not focus the Editor

Description
In the Features tool, if I hit the Enter key on the name of a feature then that feature appears at the top of the Editor and the Editor has focus.

If I do the same with a category, the same thing happens, but the Editor does not receive focus. Instead, EiffelStudio goes "beep".
