Synopsis: Particular docking layout causes estudio to crash at startup

Description

Somehow, I got a docking layout which causes estudio to crash on startup.
I have attached layout.wb and debug_layout.wb from the docking subdirectory
of ~/.es.  Moving these files to a different location prevents the startup
crash from occurring.

Although I can't save a stack trace, the top entry is a segmentation violation
in {EB_MULTI_SEARCH_TOOL}.focusing_keyword_field.
