Synopsis: Address manager combo boxes too small

Description
Compared to the 5.7 release the combo boxes in the address manager are too small. It would be nice to let them resize like in 5.7, or better provide a way for the user to resize them directly on the toolbar. This would be an improvement over 5.7.

This bug is fixed in revision#68170.

On the tool bar user can resize the combo boxes directly by dragging the end of them.
