PR# 11589 Allow selection and print of multiple classes at one time

I'd like to be able to print out the text (or even better the contract, flat or interface views) of several classes at once. With the current interface, it seems I have to do this one class at a time.

It would be adequate if I could, for example, select a cluster and send all the classes in that cluster to the printer, though that could be inconvenient for very large clusters. 

It would be better if some multi-select mechanism were available to let me select the handful of classes I'm interested in printing and send those to the printer at once, setting up printer options just once.

BTW,  I don't see a "print" button for the standard toolbar either, and such a button would also be convenient.
